REBECCA GWYNNE is an award-winning director and producer with 15 years of experience in film and television. For eight years, Gwynne worked for MTV On-Air Promotions, directing and/or producing upfronts, psa's, and promos for such clients as the GAP and Neutrogena. Some of her credits include co-producing Translating Genocide, a documentary for mtvU about refugees from Darfur, which won two Emmys and a Beacon Award and associate-producing the feature film Long Distance starring Monika Keena. In 2006, she produced and directed the short film, Zoe's Day (Michael Kelly and Ruby Jerins), which was nominated for several prestigious awards and won Best Short at the Everglades International Film Festival in South Africa. Most recently Gwynne has been directing music videos and is in development on a feature film.
Rebecca is the recipient of a BFA in film, video, and animation from the Rhode Island School of Design.
